TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND OTHER FACILITIES  
 
  1. NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM:

    1. New centralized chilled water air conditioning system:

      1. Centralized Chilled Water Chillers - Three brand new chiller units, YORK brand, 400TR, 3 phase, 480 Volts. Two (2) Chillers are capable of providing the FULL air conditioning requirement of the building. The third chiller is for "stand by". The AlC chiller is utilizing the "OZONE friendly refrigerant - R134A.
      2. Cooling Towers - Three (3) matching brand new Baltimore cooling tower model no. 15425 were installed with the chillers.
      3. Condenser and Chilled Water pumps- Three brand new ITT BELL&GOSSETT horizontal split case (chilled water) 960gpm and end suction centrifugal pumps (condenser water) 1200gpm were installed.
      4. Fan Coil Units (FCU) - Three hundred sixty three (363) brand new FCU were installed in the building

    2. New Direct Expansion Air Conditioning System:

      1. Ballroom - Two (2) brand new 45TR each
      2. Satellite- One 30TR unit
      3. Lobby Extension - Four brand new 30TR each

  2. NEW ELECTRICITY SYSTEM:

    1. City Power - 2500KVA transformer. Primary volt at 34,500 volts dropped to 480 volts, 3 phase with 3,200 ampere main breaker.
    2. Alternate City Power- 300amperecapacity,480volts,3 phase.
    3. Emergency Power Generator- Two(2) units 312KV A each, power generator, with Cummins engine prime mover
    4. Emergency Power Generator - One(1) unit 1250KV A power generator with Cummins engine prime mover.

  3. NEW SANITATION SYSTEM

    1. The hotel building has one sewer line and a separate drainage line. Wastes in the building are direct throw to the City Sewer Line. Manila City has it's own sewer line.

  4. NEW COMMUNICATION SYSTEM:

    1. The hotel has a brand new system of PABX as follows:

  5. NEW INTERNAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM:

    1. Passenger Elevators - Three(3) units OTIS elevator, completely rehabilitated, basement to 12th floor.
    2. Service Elevator - One (1) unit OTIS brand new, basement to 10th Floor
    3. Escalator- Two (2) units brand new Hitachi escalators
    4. Dumb Waiter - Two (2) units brand new Hitachi dumb waiter

  6. NEW FIRE AND SAFETY SYSTEM:

    1. The building is 100% completely covered with upright and pendant type water sprinkler
    2. The building has ample Fire Hose cabinets.
    3. The building has three separate Fire Stair Wells for fire escape.
    4. The Jockey pump and Fire pump are operational.
    5. The hotel has built-in Fire alarm and detection system.
    6. The hotel has a fife tank with 26,000 gallons of water capacity.

  7. NEW EXPANDED COMFORT ROOMS:

    1. New wash basin
